Working alone means I can't be everywhere at once, so booking ahead helps. It also means you always know who's on your property and who to call if something isn't right.

How much does a job cost?
It depends on the job. Yard size, how dirty the siding is and how long the list runs all change the price. Send me the details and a few photos, and I'll give you a price before I start.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses a high-pressure stream. It works on concrete, but on a house it can crack vinyl siding, strip paint and push water behind the panels. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work instead, so it's the safer choice for most house exteriors.
Can I book a one-time job?
Yes. One mow before a graduation party, one wash in the spring or one afternoon of repairs are all fine. You can also set up regular mowing if you want the yard handled all season.
Is it really just one person?
Yes. I'm the one who answers, quotes and does the work. If my schedule is full, I'll tell you straight when I can get to it.
What should I do before you come?
Unlock gates, bring pets inside, and tell me about anything hidden in the yard like sprinkler heads, invisible fence lines or buried cables. For washing jobs, close windows and doors and make sure I can use an outdoor water spigot.
