When you use the booking form, call or text, you may give me your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work is, details about the job, preferred dates and times, how you'd like to be contacted, and whether you agree to receive text messages. You may also send photos or messages about the job.

The company that hosts this website, and any form or customer management service that receives booking requests, may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is part of normal server logging and security.

This site's fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from an outside font or image service. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

3. How I use your information

• To respond to your request, give you a price and schedule the work.
• To do the job, send invoices and follow up afterward.
• To send text messages about your request and service, if you agreed to receive them.
• To keep business, tax and legal records.
• To protect this site from spam and misuse.

4. Text messaging privacy

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for me, and only for that purpose.

I keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, do the work, and meet business, tax and legal record-keeping needs. After that, it's deleted or made anonymous.

7. Keeping it secure

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website, email or text message is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank or card numbers through the booking form or by text.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, or stop receiving text messages, at any time. Call, text or email me to make a request. Some records may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
